The mission of B2R2O is to finance the ground-up construction of dignified, affordable, and sustainable housing for the benefit of "community workforce" groups – teachers, nurses, law enforcement officers, firefighters, municipal and public service employees, and more – and to create opportunities for these beneficiaries to own their home through a programmatic, rent-to-own model.
